Which should you choose?
Choose lithium if you have frequent power cuts, limited space, plan to add solar, or don't want to maintain a battery. A lithium battery can outlast two tubular batteries, which evens out the higher price over time.
A tubular battery still makes sense if cuts are rare, the budget is tight, and you have space and don't mind topping up water.
